Brian’s Story.

A big part of my story has to do with the community I grew up in. I have called Spokane home all my life. Spokane is an easy sell because of the quality of life it has to offer with its’ beautiful four seasons accompanied by proximity to lakes and mountains, affordable housing, strong schools, and a thriving economy.

I am a girl dad! I am blessed to have two college aged daughters and it has been a pleasure to watch them grow and see them begin to launch into their careers and future! My lovely wife and daughters are the brightest part of my story and they keep me humble and happy!

Some of my favorite pastimes include golfing, skiing, fishing, rooting for my fantasy football team, listening to Mike O Meara podcasts, and rolling sushi.

Real estate is my second career. For over twenty years I worked in the dental field as a certified dental technician, a dental salesman, and a dental lab manager. During that season in life, I developed a skill set that made me exceptionally detailed oriented, able to provide services in a timely manner, and a good leader and communicator.

Prior to becoming a licensed realtor at John L. Scott, I sold two of our homes on my own without a listing agent. Knowing all that I know now, I realize what a risk I took. In retrospect I know now that I could have gotten into some liability issues and I also realize I may not have gotten top dollar for my houses. I lacked support and expertise. My career with John L. Scott has provided me with industry leading knowledge and technology which I pass on to my clients. My experience, expertise, and connections lead to auspicious transactions and happy clients.

One of the things I value in my real estate business is building relationships with my clients and broadening my existing relationships with other professionals in the field. What started out as a working client relationship has often time turned into a lasting friendship.

I would like the opportunity to ask your story and help you buy or sell your next home.

Tell me your story.
